Mnogi podržali plan za usvajanje DIGITALNOG POREZA

Gotovo 130 zemalja i teritorija saglasilo se sa planom ažuriranja međunarodnih poreskih propisa kako bi se oni uskladili sa zahtevima novog vremena i razvojem digitalne trgovine, objavila je u petak Organizacija za ekonomsku saradnju i razvoj (OECD).

Plan, o kome je dogovor postignut u utorak, a objavljen juče, predviđa dve opcije, od kojih se prva fokusira na podelu prava zemalja na oporezivanje kompanija po mestu prodaje usluga, odnosno robe.
Ako kompanije ipak nađu načina da dobit prijave u zemlji s niskim poreskim stopama, odnosno u tzv. poreskim oazama, države bi prema drugoj opciji mogle primeniti globalni minimalni korporativni porez koji tek treba da bude dogovoren.

Kompanije kao što su Google, Facebook i Amazon testiraju postojeće propise do krajnjih granica, izazivajući napetosti smanjivanjem poreskih obaveza kroz prijavu dobiti u zemljama s niskim porezima, nezavisno od toga gde se nalazi krajnji kupac.

“Uspostavljen je međunarodni konsenzus da naši poreski propisi više nisu prilagođeni 21. veku”, rekao je francuski ministar finansija Bruno le Mer, zagovornik drastičnih promena.

Sve više zemalja, uključujući Francusku, Veliku Britaniju i Italiju, sprema se da uvede nove poreze digitalnim kompanijama koje na njihova tržišta plasiraju svoje proizvode i usluge iz zemalja s niskim poreskim stopama, kao što je Irska.
Vašington, s druge strane, preti protivmerama, tvrdeći da su se američke kompanije nepravedno našle na udaru poreskih vlasti u drugim zemljama.
